A purchase agreement is made on the basis of electronic orders sent through mwbrothers.eu, e-mail or phonecall, and sales of merchandise to a buyer are completed according to the purchase agreement.

Orders must include the following basic details:

1) FOR Company orders:

• Company name

• Company Register Business Address

• Company Reg. No., Tax Reg. No., for VAT and operating a businesses

• Name and surname of responsible person

• Product comments

• Series of covers and Amount:

• Buyer’s telephone number

• E-mail

• Shipping address

• Photos of all seats

• Individual orders:

2) FOR Buyer’s name and address

• Product comments

• Series of covers and Amount:

• Buyer’s telephone number

• E-mail

• Shipping address

• Photos of all seats

2. Verification and Comnfirmation Orders.

Verification orders based on the buyer’s order form, confirming the buyer product type, series and quantity, price of kit, delivery time, payment method. It´s buyers responsability the correct specification and information of the order.

Seller can send kit of covers only after checking fit of the covers to the car of the buyer. For to do this, the seller, after receiving the order, sends the buyer an e-mail request for photos of the seats of the buyer’s car, for which covers are bought.

Kit of covers without convergence verification are not sent. The seller expects the buyer’s photos for verification and only after that sends the covers.

If the buyer has not sent photos for verification, the seller does not return the money, but expects the buyer to send the photos for verification and after thart for making and sending kit of covers.

3. Payment Terms.

Buyers can choose payment method when order making.

1) Payment (full prepay) via bank transfer on IBAN (before shipping of goods). Details of payment buyer gets from seller after confirmation of order;

2) Payment (full prepay) by PayPal (before shipping of goods);

3) Payment (full prepay) by credit/debit card (before shipping of goods);

4) Payment by cash in self meeting or with installation service (after installation of goods by seller);

5) Cash on delivery (when goods is received). The buyer must prepay price of shipping + 50 euros BEFORE shipping of goods and pays the agreed difference from the purchase price when the goods received from the courier (cash on delivery).

Attention! - Kits of covers in not standart colors (made with custom design special for buyer) buyer can by buy only with FULL PREPAYMENT without right of return money.

4. Delivery of Goods.

Goods are delivered by National posts services, GLS, BRT, IN-time or partner shipping services. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Services of shipping choose based on less price of shipping.

If the package is damaged, a claim of damage need to be recorded by shipping service with indicating the package number and description of the damage. The buyer must send report from shipping service to seller. Damage report must making on the delivery date.

After sending and receiving the track code seller is not responsible for increasing the delivery time by delivery services.

A refund of paymnet is not possible due to the long delivery (this is especially true for points remote from the EU, for example, countries of the South and North Americas, Asia, etc.). If the delivery time is extended, the buyer must notify the seller about the long waiting time for the goods. After this, the seller contacts the delivery service to clarify the status of the parcel with the goods. After receiving information from the delivery service, the seller reports the status of the package to the buyer.

Acceptance of complaints and claims is possible only with the status of the parcel - lost.

A refund of paymnet is provided only upon confirmation of the loss of the parcel from the delivery service. In other other cases, the buyer must wait to receive the parcel.

5. Warranty.

All products have 3 years warranty from shipping date. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by the incorect installation, failure to comply with instructions for the installation and/or excessive weight.
